Bullock’s Oscar, which she accepted while thanking the husband whose girlfriend would spill their secret a week later, which makes one wonder if he was sitting in the audience, being thanked, going, “Man, I’m a jerk.”
Our secret suspicion that for all the chick flicks that proclaim the contrary (many of them, incidentally, starring Sandra Bullock), those crazy love stories about people from opposite sides of the tracks don’t always end well.

Celebrity Crime Beat – Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James faces a new charge that is not by a stripper or model. Radar Online is reporting James has been cited for vandalism after allegedly damaging a photographer’s car. The photographer, Ulises Rios, was also cited on stalking charges, police said.
More notes and updates…People Magazine is reporting a pal says Jesse is a “broken man” and is desperate to win back Sandra. Sandra Bullock has engaged in a series of nasty phone fights with cheating hubby Jesse James, it has emerged.
The Oscar winning actress even blew up at him weeks ago regarding his infidelity in an incident that left him in tears.
“When they do talk, it’s very little and very nasty. She won’t forgive him for this,” the New York Post quoted Bullocks friend as telling Us Weekly.
According to RadarOnline, Bullock, 45, had confronted James about his philandering ways long before his affair with a former stripper named Michelle McGee was made public.
“Sandra is basically so embarrassed she wants to die. They have had several screaming matches over the phone,” an inside source told RadarOnline.
The source added that James “was drinking while they were talking” and that once Bullock said she was leaving him and that it was over he “broke down in tears and tried to emotionally manipulate [her] with his daughter [Sunny].”
