The Kevin Pakulis Band drew a large crowd last year at Mount Lemmon, Vining said, and has a good following in Tucson.
The Last Call Girls, featuring former members of the Mollys, will play on Aug. 22. Crystal Ridge, which will take the stage June 6, was a finalist in the 2008 Telluride Bluegrass Band Contest.

2 indicted for pushing girl into prostitution

TUCSON (AP) — A Pima County grand jury has indicted two women suspected of encouraging a teenage Phoenix runaway to prostitute herself in Tucson.
Prosecutors say 24-year-old Moraima Guadalupe Selig and 18-year-old Whitley Alicia Minter have been jailed and charged with child prostitution of a minor under 15. If convicted, prosecutors say the women could each be facing prison sentences of up to 27 years.
A Tucson police patrol officer spotted the 14-year-old girl apparently soliciting on a Tucson street April 24. When questioned, the teen admitted she was the missing girl from Phoenix and was being trained as a prostitute.
Police say the girl has been reunited with her parents, who had hired a private investigator to look for her.

Many of the texts were of Brown writing various teenagers, stating his love for them, and exchanging sexual content.
“The messages include texts from numerous persons, male and female,” the police report states. “I noted many of the text messages indicate that Marshall Brown was engaged in sexual relationships with a number of different persons, both male and female.”
Besides engaging in discussions and contact with teenage girls, Brown also is suspected of prostitution.
Brown allegedly took money from a local high school male student in exchange for oral and anal sex.
The student has now been charged with prostitution and soliciting, and Williams submitted the paperwork to the county attorney last week, to charge Brown with prostitution.
